Exercising your rights

Export, correction, and deletion all run from inside the product — Settings → Privacy & data — rather than by emailing a request and waiting. Marketing email is controlled from email preferences.

For schools and districts

We act as a school official with a legitimate educational interest under FERPA, use student data only to provide the service, and follow district instruction on retention and deletion. We will review and sign a district's data protection agreement; the Parents' Bill of Rights is written to be appended to it. Contact districts@playeligible.com.

Privacy questions go to privacy@playeligible.com. If a district placed the data with us, you may also raise the matter with that district.
