About PlayEligible
Built by people
who lived it.
PlayEligible was founded by Division I athletes, coaches, and recruiting coordinators who know the cost when academics don't match athletic ability — and the difference an early eligibility paper trail makes.

Why we exist
The playing field isn't level. We're here to change that.
Families with money hire private SAT tutors at $150 an hour. They pay consultants to navigate NCAA eligibility. They hire recruiting advisors. Their kids show up prepared — everyone else figures it out on the fly.
We built PlayEligible to close that gap. The same tools, the same level of preparation — available to any athlete willing to put in the work, at a price that doesn't require a second mortgage.
Based in Largo, Maryland, we serve local families in person and athletes everywhere online. The mission is the same either way: give student-athletes every possible advantage on the path to college.
The team
D1 athletes. Veteran coaches. Recruiting coordinators.
People who know this world from the inside.

Program Director
Division I athlete, educator, coach, and program director with over a decade spanning K–12 education and D1 athletics. Jabari brings the athlete's perspective to everything we build — he's been in the film room, in the classroom, and on the recruiting trail.

What we stand for
Our values
Access over advantage
Every tool we build starts with one question: does this give athletes real access to something they couldn't otherwise afford or find? If not, we don't build it.
Honest feedback
We don't sugarcoat. Athletes get real information about where they stand on eligibility, testing, and film — because honest feedback is the only kind that actually helps.
Work earns it
We can open the door. The athlete has to walk through it. We believe in effort over entitlement — and our tools are built for athletes ready to put in the work.
The platform
Two ways in. One goal.
