Subprocessors

Running PlayEligible requires a small number of third-party services. Each one below processes data on our instructions and is contractually barred from using it for their own purposes. We keep this list short on purpose: every additional vendor is another party holding student information.

Public data we read (not a subprocessor)

College information on our school profile pages comes from the U.S. Department of Education's College Scorecard, a public dataset. We read from it; we send nothing to it. No user data leaves PlayEligible in the course of those lookups.

AI features and your content

When you use the Co-pilot, essay review, resume polish, or an AI-written evaluation summary, the text you submit and the academic context needed to answer are sent to Anthropic to generate a response. That content is not used to train models. If you would rather not use these features, they are optional — every core function of PlayEligible, including eligibility calculation, works without them.

Changes to this list

We update this page when a vendor is added or removed. Districts with a signed agreement receive notice of material changes before they take effect, so there is time to object.
