District Package
Know which athletes are slipping while you can still do something.
Built for MPSSAA and DCSAA rules, with quarter and marking-period gate tracking included. Prince George's County, DC charter networks, and Baltimore City ship as presets — because we did the homework before the meeting.
Title I and Title IV fundable. Funding memo available on request.
What your staff gets
Local eligibility engine
Your gate, encoded: MPSSAA quarter rules with prior-Q4 carryover and freshman auto-eligibility, DCSAA marking periods across grades 4-12 with the unexcused-absence rule, Baltimore City cumulative waiver math, probation states, and summer grade replacement. Custom profiles fit any district in any state without code changes.
Early warning, not autopsy
Mid-period GPA check-ins put an athlete's risk tier on the board in week four, not on report-card day. Amber at 0.3 from the gate or trending down, red below it, with a trend arrow per athlete.
Recovery paths computed
Below the line, the system already knows which route applies — waiver eligibility with the cumulative arithmetic shown and exportable, probation with practice-only status, grade replacement tracked with before and after. The waiver form stays yours; the math is one click.
Dual-track on every athlete
Local status and NCAA status side by side, always. Eligible to play Friday is not the same as eligible for college, and your staff sees the difference in three seconds.
Accountability that verifies itself
Coaches assign study blocks and practice tests. Test and Sport IQ assignments close themselves on completion, so compliance reporting reflects work actually done.
The compliance report, one click
Per school or district, per marking period: eligible, at-risk, and ineligible counts by team, every athlete's local status, recovery path, and NCAA track. The artifact your AD currently rebuilds by hand four times a year.
Scope, stated plainly
The things vendors usually let you assume.
- We are not a student information system. There is no live gradebook sync in v1 — CSV import from any gradebook export is the bridge, and Clever/ClassLink integration is the roadmap item after the first district.
- Attendance is a staff-set flag for DC's unexcused-absence rule, not an attendance system.
- Waiver documents remain your district's forms. We produce the math, the status, and the documented history that fill them.
